How Speed Dating Works
When you arrive, you’ll check in, get comfortable, and receive any event materials needed for the night. Depending on the event, this may include a name tag, match card, wristband, or conversation guide.
Once the speed dating rounds begin, guests are paired for short, timed conversations. Each round gives you a chance to introduce yourself, ask questions, feel the vibe, and decide if there’s a connection. When the time is up, you’ll rotate and meet someone new.
After each conversation, you’ll privately mark whether you’re interested in connecting again. If the interest is mutual, it’s considered a match, and we’ll help make that connection after the event.

This part of the night helps break the ice naturally. You can introduce yourself, scope the room, connect with friends, or meet a few new people before the official rounds start.
3. Opening Welcome & Instructions
Once the room is settled, the host will officially welcome everyone to Single N Minglin and explain how the experience works.
Guests will learn how the speed dating rounds are set up, how to use their match cards, how to make selections, and what to expect after the event. The goal is to keep everything smooth, fun, and easy to follow.

After each mini-date, guests can mark their interest privately on their match card.
