1. Arrival & Check-In
When guests arrive, they’ll check in at the registration table and receive everything they need for the night. This may include a name tag, match card, wristband, event instructions, and any special details for that evening’s experience.
Our team makes sure everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and clear on how the night will flow. This is the first chance to grab a drink, get settled, take pictures, and ease into the atmosphere.
2. Welcome Mixer
Before the structured dating rounds begin, guests have time to mix, mingle, and get familiar with the room. The music is playing, drinks are flowing, and the vibe is relaxed.
This part of the night helps break the ice naturally. You can introduce yourself, scope the room, connect with friends, or meet a few new people before the official rounds start.
3. Opening Welcome & Instructions
Once the room is settled, the host will officially welcome everyone to Single N Minglin and explain how the experience works.
Guests will learn how the speed dating rounds are set up, how to use their match cards, how to make selections, and what to expect after the event. The goal is to keep everything smooth, fun, and easy to follow.

Guests will participate in timed mini-dates designed to create quick, intentional conversations. Depending on the setup, one group may remain seated while the other group rotates after each round.
Each round gives guests a chance to introduce themselves, share laughs, ask questions, and see if there is chemistry. These conversations are short enough to keep the energy moving, but long enough to feel a real vibe.
After each mini-date, guests can mark their interest privately on their match card.
5. Match Card Selections
